I’m the Co-founder, Creative & Community Director of Itsuki Society, an ecosystem for women 35+ I’m building with Iulia Stănescu, founder of Echipa de Digital.
Itsuki brings together an online platform, a membership community, digital and offline experiences, events and gatherings, conversations, resources and meaningful connections, all within one larger ecosystem created around women and this chapter of their lives. Soon to be launched!
But Itsuki is not something I decided to build overnight, but a natural continuation of 20 years of work in communication, marketing, storytelling, community-building, and creating connections between people, ideas and opportunities.
Over the years, I’ve promoted Romanian and international brands and female entrepreneurs, built communities, created events and experiences, developed partnerships, worked with artists and founders and brought people together who have gone on to become collaborators, clients and close friends.
Itsuki brings all of that together. It is where my experience, my network, my way of seeing people, and my belief in meaningful connection come together around something I genuinely care about. Itsuki is the biggest thing I’m building right now.
Alongside Itsuki, my work is about:
Connecting the right people who need to be in the same room.
Helping a founder see what makes her genuinely special.
Finding the story that makes people actually care.
And sometimes simply looking someone in the eye and saying: “I see something in you. Let me show you how I see it.”
At the core of it all: I see potential. I connect it. I make it matter.
How do I do it?
1:1 Mentoring
My mentoring is personal, practical and different for every woman I work with. There is no fixed curriculum and no version of you I am trying to create. We start with you- who you are now, what you are building, what feels stuck, what you want people to see and what you already have but perhaps don't recognise yet.
Creative & brand direction
Shaping how a person, project or platform looks, feels and is understood.
Storytelling & communication
Finding the story, language and point of view that make people care.
Community & connection
Creating relationships, introductions and spaces where the right people can meet and something meaningful can happen.
Personal brand & visibility
Helping people understand what they bring to the table and communicate it without becoming a performance of someone else. I don't believe in visibility for visibility's sake.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
I’m Romanian, now living in Genalguacil, Andalucía.
I’m a mother, a partner, a communicator and someone who has never been particularly interested in fitting neatly into one professional identity.
I’m interested in women building things. Artists. Founders. Culture. Good conversations. Beautifully made things. And in what happens when the right people meet. I believe visibility without trust doesn’t mean very much.
That is the work I love.
