1:1 MENTORING FOR WOMEN
My mentoring is personal, practical and different for every woman I work with: no fixed curriculum, no magical formula, there is no version of you that I am trying to create.
We start with you. Who you are now. What you are building. What feels stuck.
What you want people to see. What you are afraid to say out loud.
And what you already have, but perhaps don't recognise yet.
We can talk about confidence, identity, visibility, personal brand, social media, business, communication or the next chapter of your life and work.
Sometimes we need to work on the woman first. Sometimes we need to work on the business. But, to be honest, it's usually both of them because I don't believe you can separate the person from what she is trying to build.
WHY ME?
I didn't learn these skills from a course. I've spent most of my professional life learning by doing. I started as a journalist. I worked in marketing and corporate communication. I led marketing for a major shopping centre. I left that career before I was 30 and started building something of my own.
I've lived in different countries. Started over. Built communities. Created events. Written a book. Worked with artists, founders and women building businesses. Promoted people I believed in. Made introductions that became collaborations.
And I've had to figure out many things along the way, all by myself:
Confidence.
Visibility.
Starting again.
Being seen.
Knowing when something is no longer for you.
And learning to trust my own judgement.
A lot of what I know today came from experience, not just theory. And that is what I bring into the room.
I SEE WHAT IS THERE.
One of the things I've always been good at is seeing something in people that they don't necessarily see in themselves. A strength that hasn't been articulated yet. A story that hasn't been told. A business that needs a different perspective. A woman who has spent so much time taking care of everything else that she has forgotten to take herself seriously.
I don't want to change who you are; it's not my role to do so. I want to help you see what is already there and make it matter.
BEYOND MENTORING
Mentoring is at the heart of what I do, but it isn't the only way I work.
I work with people and projects I believe in, shaping ideas, stories, communities and creative direction along the way.

And I connect people. The right person to the right opportunity. The right idea to the right audience. The right woman to the right woman. Because I've never been very interested in collecting contacts. I'm interested in what happens when the right people meet.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
Born in Romania and now living in Genalguacil, Andalucía, I’m a connector by nature, a storyteller by craft and a community builder by conviction.
I truly believe visibility means very little without trust.
Sometimes my work is about connecting the right people.
Occasionally it’s about helping a founder see what makes her special.
Occasionally it’s about finding the story that makes people genuinely care.
And sometimes it’s simply about looking at someone and saying: “I see something in you. Let me show you how I see it.”
That is the work I love.
