Manifest to love yourself

I dedicate this article to all the women out there! We matter; our wellbeing matters!

Manifest to love yourself

"The most exciting, challenging and significant relationship of all is the one you have with yourself." Sounds familiar? Definitely, like me, most of you heard this quote over and over while watching the SATC series.

It kept coming to my mind the past months as the rights and freedoms of women are starting to go backwards.

So as a woman, a mother, a daughter, a friend, and a sister, I am wondering: why doesn't this society teach girls and women to LOVE themselves, to take care of themselves?

Why is it that in 2025, self-care and self-love aren't a PRIORITY?

As I have mentioned repeatedly, I began prioritising my well-being after turning 30 and becoming a mother, understanding that "the world needs more moms who pursue their dreams because our children are watching."

I also think that being beautiful means, before any society standards, to take care of yourself, to choose quality over quantity, to have good taste, and to embrace femininity as a virtue, a superpower, not as a weakness, as we are often taught.

It also means not being afraid of ageing or trying to stop it, but rather embracing the process with grace and celebrating that you are still alive and that your health enables you to fulfil your dreams and use your voice, as this world needs more women to do so.

I strive to care for myself, my daughter, my family and friends, and my community, always remembering that I must inspire and empower other women. We rise as we lift others, am I right?

So, what have I been doing since November of last year?

For the first time in my life, I started a wellness routine, in addition to using my voice to promote exceptional women, organise workshops to empower them, and highlight the injustices that women face in Romania and around the world.

You can read here, here, and here about the first steps of this journey, but I also want to highlight this.

I don't trust products that promise miraculous results. Taking care of yourself requires hard work and involves many aspects, not just taking supplements.

However, I cannot deny that the products I will mention below have positively changed my life, as this is a fact.

As I deal with anxiety, sleep issues, hair loss, and skin imperfections while approaching the age of 40, these products are essential for my overall wellbeing. I've been using them since November, with a 2-month break – I always take a break when I take supplements – and I am thrilled with the results.

This is my personal experience, but I would be really glad if it could help other women with their issues.

To summarise:

Using CBD+ Hemp Seed Oil from HempAID has helped me with three problems I have been dealing with: poor sleeping habits, anxiety, but most importantly, my stress- and anxiety-related dermatitis.

The Molecules of Youth's M34 Joints Collagen PRO, M19, and M18 Beauty Collagen Pro for skin, hair, and nails visibly improved my hair, nails and skin problems. My skin looks significantly better, and it's not just my observation; friends have commented that I have "a glow"; I have a lot of baby hair, and my nails are growing stronger.

I am also pleased with M36 Zinc Bisglycinate and M13 Bioactive B12.

That being said, it would be unfair not to spread the word about these products.

PS: Hurry; until the end of May, the MOY collagen has an 18% discount.
