🎙PODCAST ALERT: HER Protocol Project

HER Protocol Project Podcast explores women’s stories and embodied wisdom, redefining what a ‘protocol’ means for life, wellbeing, and creativity.

🎙PODCAST ALERT: HER Protocol Project

My life is quite a mess right now, a beautiful one, but chaos. And in the middle of the chaos, I managed to fulfil a dream: my first podcast, along with my business partner, Anita Victoria (who is Polish but has lived more than half of her life in New York and London). We met last summer in the small mountain village of Genalguacil, Spain, and magic happened.

The Her Protocol Project Podcast dives into real stories, personal insights, and embodied wisdom from extraordinary women. No formulas. No quick fixes. Just reflections, curiosity, and guidance.

This podcast means a lot to us, especially since we don’t have any team behind it; it’s just the two of us - real, raw, imperfect but honest - and we hope it's inspiring and relatable for all the women and mothers out there.

We've uploaded the first two episodes.

🎙Hello, we're real. The Stories That Sparked HER Protocol Project. In our very first episode, we share the personal stories that led us to create The HER Protocol Project and why honest conversations about women’s experiences are more important than ever.

🎙Hello, we're real. Of Mothers & Women: The Stories We Don’t Always Tell. We shared our raw and unpolished experiences because we understand how helpful it is to realise that we are not alone in our struggles; we are not the only ones juggling many responsibilities.

Stay connected:
✔ Subscribe to the podcast for more honest conversations.
✔ Share it with a woman who might need it
✔Remember: it's better to be real than to try to be perfect.

The HER PROTOCOL Project podcast is recorded in Genalguacil, Spain, at the International Laboratory for Rural Innovation, a unique space dedicated to creativity, ideas, and new beginnings.

I am proudly wearing Romanian brands: in the first episode, a Crina Bulprich dress, and in the second episode, a Diana Boje dress. The vase from the second episode was created by the wonderful Romanian artist, Diana Cojocaru.
